Woodbridge, New Jersey

New seven-story office building consisting of approximately 330,000 square feet.

The structural system is a cast-in-place concrete structure with mostly glass curtain wall exterior panels. 

The lower three levels are parking, including the basement.

The building has many architectural features with one noted design of the large cantilever corner of the building supporting four floors of office usage. 

Another feature included is an elevated walkway connecting the new building to the adjacent building. 

Capital Health  medical office

Ewing, New Jersey

New 53,000 square foot, 2 story office building with a partial basement. The front of the building has a large cantilevered canopy.  The roof has tall freestanding parapet walls to conceal large roof top mechanical units.

A new 275,000 square feet, three-story office building with a full basement.  The front of the building has a modern two-story atrium space.

Ocean health initiative

Lakewood, New Jersey

A two-story structural steel addition that is built over an existing building.  Helical piles were used to redirect the steel column loads to not interfere with the existing building basement and foundation.
